Haus Andy is a beautiful, contemporary apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends wanting a long weekend or longer break in the heart of the Swiss mountains.
Benefitting from ample natural light this beautiful apartment sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms. Set back from the road, you can really appreciate the tranquil setting and imposing mountains Zermatt has to offer. For those wishing to explore, it is a stones throw from one of the main lift stations and just a short stroll from the cool bars and boutiques, and sophisticated restaurants Zermatt has to offer.
Leave the hustle and bustle of Zermatt behind you as you enter the short passageway and make your way up to the apartment. The apartment is accessed via a short walk through an underground tunnel and a lift taking you up to the ground floor and entrance level of the apartment.
Walk through the hallway into an incredible bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. Floor to cieiling windows allow sunshine to beam in, creating a sense of calm and serenity throughout the living areas and winter garden which is a heavenly space to enjoy a 180 degree panoramic view of the spectacular mountains beyond.
Relax in the generously-sized sofas that are set around a flat-screen TV where you can catch up on your latest Netflix series. This area opens onto the dining area where a large table seats eight comfortably and which continues to enjoy natural lighting through. Neutral tones are throughout and the the kitchen is designed with simplicity and convenience in mind.
The master double bedroom is situated on the entrance level. A modern and tranquil space, this double bedroom enjoys use of an en-suite shower room that includes a sauna. This bedroom opens out onto a terrace, perfect for reclining and enjoying the morning sun.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor which houses an additional three bedrooms. The largest of these is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a further double bedroom and children's bunk room which share a bathroom.
